Ex-France prime minister: 'Neymar should play with Messi, Suarez and Griezmann'

• Manuel Valls is strongly in favour of the Brazilian's return.
• He supposes that Barca is the only place where Neymar could recover his best level.

Former prime minister of France Manuel Valls wishes to see Neymar back at Barcelona. 

"He has to return to the only side which can help him recover his best form alongside Messi, Griezmann and Suarez. It would be incredible to have those four together at Barcelona," told Valls in an interview with El Periodico de Catalunya.

Manuel is sure that the Brazilian is harmful to the Parisian club and that is the major ground for his comeback. 

"What Neymar did wrong, on a personal and sporting level in Paris, means he can no longer stay there."

However, Valls comments on the possible transfer in a cautious way, reminding that it is all about money talks. 

"It depends on the financial side of things," he noted.

Manuel Valls is a big fan of the Catalan giants and, therefore, his willingness to see Neymar at the club could be better understood.

"As a Barça fan, I'd love for him to come back," added Valls

Meanwhile, there is nothing clear about the 27-year-old's situation. The only obvious thing is that the Brazilian will travel to China together with the Parisians and even take part in the game against Inter Milan, as confirmed by the main coach Thomas Tuchel. 

Neymar and his representatives are reportedly waiting for Barca to produce a well-supported offer for PSG in order to make his dream return come true.
